That means staying close to the people using it, making tradeoffs clear, and leaving a system that others can understand and maintain.

I'm interested in the work between systems: APIs, data flows, and the business processes they support. Healthcare integrations are a particular area of interest, where getting those details right matters to the people doing the work.
